The Integrated Biodynamic Cranio-Sacral Therapy Association (IBCSTA) is dedicated to advancing the education, practice, and understanding of Integrated Biodynamic Cranio-Sacral Therapy worldwide.
Cranio-Sacral Therapy is an exceptionally gentle yet powerful therapy for enhancing the body's natural potential towards health and well-being.
Integrated Biodynamic Cranio-Sacral Therapy (IBCST) is a specific approach which provides a more comprehensive broad-spectrum understanding of CST, integrating both biodynamic and biomechanical principles, and incorporating a wider range of skills and resources, including Fascial Unwinding, Mindfulness, Trauma Resolution, engagement with the Quantum Field, and many other capabilities. It is not limited to body work, but encompasses physical, mental, and emotional aspects of health, integrating the whole person within the context of their life.
This enables an approach that can respond more appropriately to each individual according to their needs - physical and emotional - in order to support overall health and wellbeing and enable a more balanced well integrated life.
It is suitable for everyone, from newborn babies to the elderly.
Training
The IBCSTA supports member organisations in providing high quality training in the Integrated Biodynamic approach.
Each IBCST training operates independently under the supportive umbrella of the IBCSTA and will follow the standards, the course structure, and the code of professional conduct outlined here.
Graduates of affiliated trainings who become members of the IBCSTA are eligible to use the letters RIBCST (Registered Integrated Biodynamic Cranio-Sacral Therapist).
Within the IBCSTA, there is a wide range of training programs designed to meet the needs of students at all levels, including introductory courses, comprehensive professional training, and postgraduate courses offered by IBCST schools.
